Arrowhead would like to invite you, your friends and family to an Open House at our Clubhouse, to celebrate World Mental Health Day (part of Mental Illness Awareness Week).

LOCATION: Arrowhead Clubhouse, 5554 Inlet Ave, Sechelt.
Come on down for free coffee and cookies, and to interact with the members of our clubhouse who will be making posters describing what it is like to live with their mental illnesses. 1 in 4 people in the world are affected by mental illness and we would like to shine a light on this, often overlooked, issue.
Arrowhead has approximately 60 members who attend daily and over 200 members all together. We have an Art Program that runs every day, weekly Yoga, and a Creative Writing Program that runs on Fridays. Members maintain a garden which produces some of the delicious food we eat (and it produces beautiful flowers!). We have a Decision Making Meeting on Wednesdays where we all decide how we want our clubhouse to move forward and change. Lunch is a dollars and the members cook with the staff. We serve coffee and juice boxes throughout the day.
