Dear Reader,
Welcome to the fall edition of The Clubhouse Sandwich. Fall Edition Thank you to everyone who contributed. We worked hard to pull this edition together on time. We wanted to have it ready for Mental Illness Awareness Week (October 6-12, 2019) - an annual national public education campaign designed to help open the eyes of Canadians to the reality of mental illness. Our clubhouse is marking the week with an Open House on Thursday October 10th. We want our community to know more about who we really are and what we do at Arrowhead.
For our second edition we have welcomed some new contributors to our magazine, and we are loving the enthusiasm that members have shown towards this creative endeavor. Halloween is nearly upon us so check out the article by Carrie detailing the history of the 2000-year-old festival. The Clubhouse is holding its very own Art Sale at the end of November and we encourage everyone to get involved… enjoy the arts and crafts time and make some money!
